Shipping

Tracking information will be made available to you upon shipment of your order. We’ll email your tracking numbers to you within a few days after your order has shipped. You can also log into your account and view tracking information. If your order includes In-Home Setup services, there will be an additional 3 to 4 weeks for delivery and setup of your new bed.

Fast Free Shipping applies to all orders. If your order was placed over the weekend, it will be processed for shipping on the following Monday. Please allow 3 to 5 days for tracking numbers to become available for most common-sized mattresses. Most common-sized mattress shipments will arrive between 7 and 10 business days. During peak season and over holidays, please expect a short delay with your shipment due to seasonal influx.

There will be an additional fee for orders shipping to HI and AK. These fees will vary depending on the product, whether it’s an accessory item or a bed set. Please contact us for a quote.

Delivery

All mattresses will be shipped within agreed-upon terms. All details of delivery must be added to the order. We strongly urge you to inspect your delivery upon receipt. Personal Comfort is not responsible for any shipping-related damage to or issues with the purchased product. In the rare event that your order is damaged due to shipping, we will follow standard procedures for filing a claim with the delivery company, order delivery research, and determine an appropriate resolution for all parties.

In-Home Delivery and Setup Service

In-Home Setup & delivery services are available for an additional fee and require an additional 3 to 4 weeks for delivery and setup of your order. Click here to order In-Home Setup services.
