At Personal Comfort® we believe a full 120 nights is needed for your body to adjust to its new sleep support system. Please contact us if during any part of the 120 night risk free trial you are not completely satisfied with the overall comfort. You must sleep on the bed for at least 45 nights to qualify. Personal Comfort® will honor our 120 night comfort exchange policy. We will do our best to supply you with the best night sleep you can receive.
You may qualify for a free return depending on what mattress model you purchased and your trial eligibility. Some models may require a restocking fee of $149 or 25% depending on the model and if there was any customization.
Thankfully all of our mattresses can be upgraded or downgraded anytime during your trial period so if you are not happy with your new mattress, it’s ok. Personal Comfort® bed has set the industry standard providing our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee by offering a risk free buying decision accompanied by a comfort exchange policy.
If you need to take advantage of our comfort exchange policy we will swap out your mattress with an equal value mattress, one time, we will even pay for the shipping. Additionally, if you qualify, we will reset your trial period so you can give enough time to try out the new levels of comfort you have. If you are still not satisfied, and you qualify for a return, we will refund you 100% of the original purchase price of the mattress. There is a limit of one comfort exchange for one mattress purchased by the same customer.
Did you order the wrong size or the wrong type of mattress? Sometimes our customers will order a split king and realize they would be happier with a standard king mattress. That’s ok, we can work with you and help make the comfort exchange process an easy one.
